There have been some changes put in place for the sport of wrestling by the NFHS for the upcoming 2011-12 season.

New Weight Classes (still have 14 classes) Article
106, 113, 120, 126, 132, 138, 145, 152, 160, 170, 182, 195, 220 and 285

It is now illegal to figure-four the head in any situation.
